The TJ-12L Linear Way Milling Center is a high-performance model designed by Guangdong Taiji specifically for heavy-duty cutting applications of medium to large-sized complex parts. As a high-performance linear guide milling center, it boasts a 1200mm X-axis travel and a 600mm Z-axis travel, easily accommodating large molds, heavy machinery parts, and complex structural components. The innovative combination of X/Y-axis linear guides and a Z-axis hardened rail provides both the high efficiency of a three-line guide machine tool and ensures the superior rigidity required for heavy cutting. It is widely used in large molds, heavy machinery, and aerospace fields.

This TJ-12L Linear Way Milling Center maximizes the advantages of two linear guides and one hardened rail in its structure. The X-axis and Y-axis travel are 1200mm and 600mm respectively, equipped with linear guides from a world-class brand. Rapid traverse speeds reach 18 meters per minute, offering fast response and excellent dynamics. The Z-axis also has a 600mm travel, but uses a hardened guideway, providing greater rigidity and vibration resistance. The combination of linear and hardened guideways is suitable for machining various materials. All main components are made of Meehanite casting, a high-tensile casting material with strong shock absorption and wear resistance. Regarding the machining range, the worktable measures 1360×700mm, with a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg, offering superior load-bearing capacity and smooth movement, ensuring stability even with large molds and heavy workpieces. The spindle can be flexibly configured to meet your needs. We standardly include a 15kW motor with a speed of 8000 to 10000 rpm, and offer optional BT50 or BT40 toolholders. The distance from the spindle center to the guideway surface ranges from 130 to 680 mm, providing excellent accessibility and facilitating the clamping and machining of complex parts. The tool magazine is arm-type, allowing for fast tool changes, saving time and effort, and handling complex processes in one go, greatly improving your batch production efficiency.

The TJ-12L Linear Way Milling Center can be used in multiple machining fields. Firstly, in mold processing, such as injection molds, die-casting mold cavities, and inserts in the automotive and home appliance industries, this machine tool balances high speed and heavy cutting, significantly improving mold fitting accuracy and service life.
