Our machine tool adopts a two-wire and one-hard structure: the X-axis and Y-axis reach 1500mm and 800mm respectively, and can move quickly up to 18 meters per minute, with fast response and accurate positioning; the Z-axis is a 700mm hard rail, which has particularly strong rigidity and vibration resistance, and is specially designed to handle heavy cutting of difficult-to-machine materials. The distance from the spindle center to the guide rail surface is between 130 and 800mm, and the distance from the end surface to the workbench has also been optimized, ensuring good accessibility during processing. In this way, various materials from aluminum alloy to high-strength steel can be processed efficiently on this machine, giving you a true multi-purpose machine. Box-shaped base and large-span A-shaped column ensure good accuracy retention. The extra-wide base and large V-shaped column not only have a large stroke, but also have high rigidity and stability. The cutting ability is also very hardcore. We provide you with a standard 15 kilowatt spindle with a speed of 8,000 to 10,000 rpm. You can also choose BT50 or BT40, which can solve whether it is aluminum alloy or heavy-duty molds. The feed motors for the X, Y, and Z axes are all 4.5 kilowatts, with full thrust. The whole machine weighs about 10 tons and has remarkable stability in the processing process.

TJ-15L is widely used in many processing fields. First of all, let's look at mold processing. The typical sizes of the cavities and inserts of automobile panel molds, home appliance injection molds, and die-casting molds are 800 to 1500 mm. We use imported heavy-duty roller linear rails for the X/Y axis, and a hard rail structure for the Z axis. The rigidity is sufficient during heavy cutting, and the matching accuracy and service life of the mold are significantly improved.

Turning to auto parts, parts such as subframes, wheel hubs, differential cases, and engine brackets are batch processed. The workbench can bear a load of 1.6 tons, and multiple processes of milling, drilling, boring, and tapping can be completed in one clamping.
