The TJ-S800 CNC Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance model launched by Guangdong Taiji for high-precision batch processing of large and complex parts. As a CNC Horizontal Machining Center, it features 800mm of X/Y/Z axis travel. The bed is made of high-strength cast iron and undergoes stress annealing and natural aging treatment to ensure long-term stable bed accuracy. Its horizontal structure facilitates the removal of chips during machining, preventing chip accumulation and secondary scratches on the machined parts.

This TJ-S800 CNC Horizontal Machining Center has 800mm of X, Y, and Z axis travel and a maximum load capacity of 1.2 tons, allowing for stable handling of large box-shaped and structural components. Guangdong Taiji's machine tool boasts high overall structural rigidity, preventing overturning torque throughout the entire travel. The machine body uses a moving column structure, with a fixed worktable and a reciprocating column, resulting in lighter moving parts while ensuring accuracy during heavy cutting. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-precision linear guides and precision ball screws. Three-axis servo motors directly drive the high-precision, high-rigidity linear guides, supporting heavy loads and rapid movement to ensure positioning accuracy. We use a high-precision spindle with automatic constant-temperature circulating cooling throughout the process. The spindle power is standardly configured from 15 to 18.5 kW and includes a spindle air curtain protection device to ensure stable spindle accuracy. This TJ-S800 machine boasts high rigidity and machining accuracy, capable of automatically and continuously completing multiple machining processes such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and boring of parts.
