1. Operators should be familiar with and understand the performance and characteristics of the gantry machining center. Ensure the emergency stop switch functions quickly and effectively in an emergency to prevent accidents.
2. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required; gloves are strictly prohibited during operation.
3. When the equipment is operating, never touch electronic switches with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts.
4. Do not place tools or non-machined workpieces on the gantry machining center or moving objects.
5. The computer desk or workbench next to the machine must be sturdy; do not place them on moving parts.
6. When loading or unloading workpieces, stop the machine first and ensure a proper distance between the workpiece and the cutting tool. Do not open the front door or side covers while the machine is running to avoid injury.
7. After setting the cutting tool, run a dry run to confirm the program is correct.
8. After a power outage or emergency stop, the three axes should be returned to their original mechanical positions when shutting down the machine.
9. Do not remove any limit switches or related parts of any protective switches without authorization.
10. Before leaving the machine after finishing work, turn off the control power switch on the operation panel and the main switch in the electrical box.
